I grew up in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of northeast Pennsylvania in a family that was very business minded and entrepreneurial. My family operated numerous business establishments throughout my childhood ranging from hospitality to real estate investments. We eventually moved to sunny Florida to escape the cold and expand. I accepted a larger role in the family business and learned first hand how to buy, sell and operate a successful business and what "customer service" truly means. A broker who listed one of their businesses inspired me to look into real estate and expand my horizons. I have always had a love for architecture and enjoy helping people so it seemed like a natural fit. My passion for real estate coupled with strengths in sales management and consumer relations has catapulted me to new levels in an amazing career.
With extensive knowledge of the Tampa Bay Area, I am able to assist buyers and sellers alike in obtaining their goals and dreams, while providing honesty, integrity and a level of commitment to customer service second to none. Even before hiring him as my agent, he was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for improving the interior and exterior appearance, including the curb appeal of my home. All throughout the process and closing, he quickly handle any issues that may have risen. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Chris Reade. He is honest and hands-on but above all he cares about his clients needs and he really helped to take the pressure off. I never felt forced to reduce the sale price or to accept an offer and when we finally found the a buyer, he walked me through every step of the negotiations. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!
