Alexandra & Chris Sirabella are a wonderful team and very professional, responsive, helpful and pleasant to work with; they made the whole process very smooth and stress free! I moved from out of state and they were there at every step in the transition process. Even after closing the deal, Alex and Chris checked on me constantly that I never felt alone in the process. They have become my very first friends in this new place! Totally a great experience to work with them!!

What more can I say Chris. You and I both know this sale had issues that no one could have expected. And you did get me and the buyer through it all. She sent me an email thanking me and only needed the key to the mail box which I have never had as I don't live/reside in Florida. As to the prospective/possible buyers that came through to look, well you and I both know that those issues should never have happened. But you did your job and my condo was finally sold. Again many thanks Chris. Chris has the patience of a Saint. We had some very interesting and upsetting issues that Chris dealt with and he got these issues resolved and me calmed down. Not sure I should or could go into details on them but he got me through the difficulties. And the third time was the charm as they say. My condo sold. Chris was absolutely great. I Thank him and those who he worked with. They were all great. As I said before the patience of a Saint. There were difficulties that were not expected and he handled them I only had contact via emails regarding signatures with the office but they were very prompt and accommodating. The greatest
