Seller reviewThis was an unusual situation since I had spoken with the buyers and showed the house before I contacted Chris. When they expressed interest in buying the house I contacted her to help me with all of the procedures and paperwork needed to complete the sale. There were some pitfalls along the way, and found Chris to be very knowledgeable. She gave me excellent advice on how to proceed. She gets an A for her patience and communication throughout the whole process.
