Seller reviewI worked with Chris Ward to sell a commercial property in SW Virginia. It was a challenging assignment given that it was an industrial property had not been occupied for many years and had fallen into disrepair. We had previously worked with other local realtors who were unsuccessful in their efforts. The process was further complicated by the fact that I live out-of-state, so we were not able to easily visit the site. Chris demonstrated a wealth of knowledge of the dynamics of the local real estate market. He developed a comprehensive plan to market the property to both potential commercial and residential buyers. He also introduced us to a local landscaping contractor to maintain the property in our absence. Due the nature of the property, it was an extended sale process, but it culminated in a successful sale to a cash buyer. Chris provided valuable counsel throughout the process. I highly recommend him to anyone considering buying or selling property in SW Virginia.

Seller reviewI chose Chris Ward as the listing agent for my home because of his knowledge of the immediate area where my house is located and his friendliness. I decided if he was this friendly with me, he would be the same with a prospective buyer. but maintained his professionalism. He had extra work to do because I live 100 miles away and I had two houses for sale which had to be divided for the sale. The houses were old, the information was incomplete because of the age of the houses but he took one thing at a time to get the sales complete.
