Chris was wonderful to work with. She listened to our needs as a family and assisted us in finding a home that worked for us. Chris kept us informed us of potential homes that may work for our family as soon as they were available.

While we had interviewed others with more experience, we could see that the experience simply meant that we would be just another in a long line of past marketing efforts that would simply "Get the Process" Mrs. Wilson's approach was to get to know and understand us as an older couple who had done a lot in life and was downsizing from a home of 17 yrs that we had designed and customed built. While the main effort was to sell the home, she showed an interest in knowing enough about us to help us thru the emotional impact. The presentation of our home to the marketplace, aerial drone video of the surrounding forest and golf course, the ponds, and gated neighbors in a development of 2.5, 5, 10, and 20 acre lots....then the video walkthru of our heavily art ladened home brought tears to our eyes for not only showing the home at its best..but a forever reminder of our home for so many years. Mrs. Wilson's efforts, her interaction with the buyer's agent, lead to a closing where the buyers asked if I would take them for a tour...not one of looking for problems but wanting to know the design thoughts that we had incorporated in the creation of the home. I can not tell you how heartwarming it was to take a buyer thru who appreciated every little detail. It may seem like selecting all Excellent is a meaningless clicking thru a list..but completely true in her performance especially as we match it to our agent on the buying end of the same company. Mrs. Wilson seemed to know just when we would have a question or need help or just a supporting hand and would contact us just before we would start to reach out to her As an older couple, 74 & 77, my wife with poor mobility, leaving our home of so many yrs and downsizing from years of collecting antiques, I can think of no better person to have taken us thru this process in such a professional but caring manner. Professional..but caring..what do I mean. The first agent we met with was well versed, experienced, and at the top of her sales record.. and we quickly picked up on the fact that we would just be put into the "Process" a fact not lost on us as she went on a two-week vacation after meeting with us. Mrs. Wilson on the other hand handled the sale professionally while still caring..really caring what this was doing to us. I believe that what I have mentioned above is my testimonial to Mrs. Wilson. A person who we will most likely never meet again, but will always be in our hearts.

Chris Wilson is a credit to her agency and profession. She is proactive, professional, personable, knowledgable, dependable, and pleasant through and through. All those central or ancillary to a real estate transaction find her to be helpful. They are uplifted to have her presence. I found Chris to be the calm, practical head in the room when things would momentarily go south. Several members of my family were interested and active in transacting with Chris. They all would heartily agree with this appraisal. I am happy to provide it. I am aware this transaction was small in monetary terms. However, it met some very special needs for our family and in this way was weighted with importance. If Chris had other fish to fry, we could never know that - she worked long and productive hours for us. She did this in a spirited, pleasant, unstinting manner. Everyone with whom we interfaced in the agency was bright, friendly and welcoming. I am certain my family will seek the services of Chris in the future.

Chris Wilson was the second real estate agent I worked with and the comparison between them was like night and day. The first person I dealt with just seemed interested in making a quick sale and a commission. I felt manipulated against my interests in order for him to make a quick sale of a house that he was the listing agent for. I felt pressured into a quick decision against my interests. I was able to back out of the deal when the inspection revealed serious problems. The house was also too expensive for my budget and he offered more for it than I agreed to offer and did not inform me of that when he urged me to sign the offer. In contrast, Chris Wilson made a distinct effort to help me find the home I could afford in the area I wished to live and made every phase go as smoothly as possible with kindly expressed expert advice and negotiations that put my interests first.
