Christi was more informative than other brokers I was dealing with. She took more time explaining different aspects of real estate and helped me fine tune my expectations for my limited price range. She was more personable and so much more available for me. She promptly answered my phone calls and responded by texts when other agents didn't. Christi understands the urgency of showing a new listing that will have lots of interest. I had a house search that spanned many counties and up to an hour and a half away. Many of the online real estate listings had homes of interest in my price range but were out of Christi's area that she could comfortably service. Other agents (outside her area) did not take care of my needs in a timely way and I either lost the sale or was dropped cold. I kept pushing for a house in Christi's area just to have her as my agent. Christi was there for me to assist with last minute issues before closing. Her expertise saw around problems and that calmed me all the way to closing. She shines at her job and is a tough act to follow.
