Christi did a wonderful job of communicating with us and with our Lender throughout the entire home purchasing process. She quickly advocated for us when there seemed to be a lack of importance given to our loan and need for a quick appraisal. I do not believe the buying process would've been as smooth as it was, without her.

She was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and had a great sense of humor every step of the way - even when our first deal fell through and we were back at square one. She was wonderful to work with. Christi Tynan did a great job taking photos of my house so that the property looked its best (maybe a little better than it looked to me in person). So many prospective buyers and their agents get a first look at a property online, and I believe she did a fantastic job with marketing the property, and ultimately this helped to bring in lots of interested parties and competing offers. Since I marked all of the categories as "excellent" it may look like I didn't read the list. I did. She was excellent in all these areas!

Seller reviewCentury 21 sold property in Louisiana quickly for me a few years ago. The listing in Texas was with Century 21 because the office was near the property. I asked for the best sales rep in the office. Christi was a God send. Christi handled everything quickly and professionally. We were amazed that she sold the land so fast. From the time we listed with her until the act of sale she communicated with us daily so that we were aware of everything that was happening.
