Buyer reviewWe had used Christie before for the purchase of land and she was outstanding. This home purchase was a challenging situation and this deal would not have happened without her. Christie was on top of all aspects of the purchase every step of the way. This was an out of state purchase, and she handled all the inspections for us, saved the deal through exceptional negotiating, and was in front of the power curve when it came to the contracts and handling of money. Attention to detail was second to none. Everyone she recommended (inspections, contractors, etc.) were equally great. I think I even made a few friends during all of this. I am 46 years old and have owned 7 homes. I still own rental properties. I have dealt with many realtors, most of them were vastly disappointing. Only one other time, 18 years ago, did I meet somebody with Christie's real estate expertise. I plan on purchasing more real estate and will definitely use Christie.
