Christine gives a whole new meaning to the expression "treating clients like family", when we're with her touring houses, we never feel like clients, we always felt so comfortable as if it was a close friend or a family member helping us. my wife and even my kids love her. she's been extremely patient with us, and we had quite an exhaustive list of criteria and we searched for more than 7 months, and looked at probably 100 houses, but Christine has always be extremely understanding and patient, and helpful, putting herself in our shoes in every house we step in and we start wondering about. it didn't take long before we started completely trusting her and her judgement, and trusting that she only has our interest at heart, and it made our task so much easier because this is our very first house, and there's a lot we didn't know, and we really needed someone we could trust, and we needed the advice of and insights of a trustworthy friend, especially that we don't have any family living here in the US that could help us in that way. she's extremely professional in dealing with us, and with sellers and seller agents. never cuts any corners or play around rules, always sticking to the rule book and ethics of her profession, never shows any willingness to compromise the rules or the ethics in order to get around something, even when the opportunity presents itself. as for "Accessible", i never had any issue contacting her, anytime of the day, and any day of the week, even late at night, and even with sometimes silly questions. her knowledge of the process and the market and the area are unbelievable, and she took the time to explain everything to us, as there was a lotttt that we didn't know being first time buyers, and new immigrants too! so there was lot that we weren't familiar with. Christine has massive knowledge of the area, its history, builders, developments, quality and reputation of developers, as well as townships and their regulations. she also has a huge knowledge related to upgrades or fixes that houses might need, she made it very easy for us to make informative decisions based on her answers to our million questions, and she always seemed to have a perfect and a very informative answer, and the very rare times when we asked her something that she didn't know, because it definitely was out of her area of expertise, she would get with an answer for us on the same day. Her knowledge of the areas pluses and minuses, commute issues or advantages, desirability, history and forecast, are unparalleled. the most comforting and most important thing to us is that she really and only wanted us to find the right house for us, never tried to push us to make a sale and get it over with, and never cared if we find the house in the first month or after a year as long as we truly love the house we decide on. Overall, I consider ourselves to be very lucky that our very first experience was with someone as amazing and as excellent as Christine, and we will definitely only work with her in the future if we ever needed a realtor again, and i am already recommending her to everyone i know.
