Buyer reviewChristine Daley was a Super Star. She kept us informed on all phases of the purchase. She went out of her way to make sure all inspection items were completed, provided local info as far as services like phone, t.v., electric. Explained what we should know about things like well and septic, which we had no experience with. Just stayed on top of everything for us which was very comforting from 3000 miles away (we live in CA and the purchase was in VA).

I felt like she really listened to my desires and concerns. She "got" me. I didn't even know how terrific she is at her job, just felt she would be enjoyable to work with. Having worked with her, I can say that there aren't enough superlatives to describe Chris. She is every bit as detail-oriented as I (which is saying a lot) and excels at follow-up/follow-through. I never had to chase her for information or status; she always kept me up-to-date. She is so well-versed in the process that she steered me through it seamlessly. I feel extraordinarily lucky to have crossed paths with Chris and to have had the opportunity to work with her.
