Christine was recommended to us by a friend, and we were very happy with how quickly she sold our house! We had used a different agent previously and our house sat for 6 month until we decided to work with Christine. She helped us price our house appropriately, and we received an offer within a few weeks of putting it on the market with her. Everything went smoothly from the time we first met with her, to the time we closed on the house. We are currently working with her to purchase our new home, and everything is going very smoothly with the entire process! Christine is great at communicating with us and letting us know the things that we need to do, when it needs to be completed by, and helping us along the way!

What can I say about Christine Fields? There isn't enough room in the comments section. Always cheerful, always encouraging, always willing to answer questions and educate the buyer in the process. We knew Appleton was a sellers market, which is great if you're selling, not always so great when you're buying on a timeline. Christine sold our home in Fond du Lac in record time and above asking price, which meant we had about 45 days to find a new one. She showed several homes to us, and every time we saw one come up on line she double checked to make sure it was still available and made the first possible appointment for a private showing. In many cases the homes had an agreement before we could even get to see them. She explained this was due to low inventory, it would be a challenge, but together we would find something. Of the homes that we did see, she always had something positive to say about each one, even though a few seemed to need a demolition sign rather than a for sale sign. After a few weeks of searching , she mentioned a home that was going to go on the market but the seller wasn't quite ready. We decided to see it because what's the worst that could happen, we might like it. Like it we did, the minute I walked into the kitchen I was done looking, The rest of the house was just as great for us. We made an offer that was accepted, Christine stepped us through each part of the process and made it as easy as possible. Christine answered all our phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and with a positive attitude. We received so much attention there were may times it seemed she was our private "concierge" realtor. I would recommend Christine Fields to anyone considering buying a home. Her knowledge, helpfulness and consistently positive and cheerful attitude made the home buying process as stress-free as possible.

We had contact with Christine Fields initially in the fall of 2015 at an open house. We mentioned we were going to be putting our home for sale in February of 2016 and were looking at the pricing possibilities of our next home. She conducted us through the home, asked thoughtful questions and we gave her our contact information. As we were leaving the property I mentioned to my husband that those sellers were lucky to have someone like her for their realtor. In December of 2015 we received a Christmas card from Christine with a reminder if we were selling our home she would be happy to help. In February of 2016 we contacted a local Fond du Lac Realtor thinking that the local realtor would have more knowledge of the market. The home remained on the market for 6 months. We rarely heard from the initial realtor who listed the home with us and never received any feedback regarding comments from people looked through the open house. We ended up with open houses every two weeks and only two private showings with a total of 8 people recorded as coming through the home. We took the home off the market and waited until January of 2017 to re-list. In the meantime Christine had been reaching out every few months,asking how our home sale was going and she would be happy to help if needed. We decided to contact Christine. She came into our home, listened to how the previous listing was conducted and without denigrating the previous realtor noted several areas where the sales potential of our home could be improved. First with the small amount of foot traffic the pricing appeared to not be on point for the Fond du Lac market. Second, feedback to the customer was important for success. After our initial contact with Christine in 2015 and the occasional reminder from her it was clear she was an excellent realtor, with customer satisfaction her priority. The home was listed, went "live" had three immediate private showings and we had an agreement to sell in less than two weeks for more than asking. Christine Fields could not have done a better job or presenting our home, communicating and working with us on what needed to be done to show our home to it's potential. We will and have recommended Christine to friend and relatives.. some even as far from Appleton as Eden Wisconsin. She is a highly professional, friendly and caring realtor.
