I chose Christine because I thought she had an honest face, my gut instincts although correct were just the beginning of Christine's many positive professional and personal attributes. One thing that became readily apparent about Christine was her work ethic, which perhaps can only be matched by Her ability to actually listen to and respond to my real estate goals. she worked tirelessly to find the situation that was right for me. Christine understands the importance of building professional relationships thru excellent customer service and sincerity, that's hard to come by in today's world. My plan to move to northern Idaho was only strengthened by the knowledge that I now have an ally in my real estate goals in Northern Idaho. Over the course of time everyone shows their true colors, Christines strength of character shown thru from beginning to end. Moving from one state to another is a stressful experience with many variables and unknowns, having someone you can trust to look after your best interests makes the experience much less stressful and I am thankful for that. Finding a home is hard enough, and finding a good realtor can be just as difficult. Where does a person even start? You need a guide, you need an expert, you need Christine Matheny. If you're reading this review, you likely already know the North Idaho market is daunting for a buyer. With that said, and this is not bragging on my part, this is proving a point, with Christine on our team, we got the first house we made an offer on. And there were offers higher than ours! Sure, a lot of things had to add up, but without Christine's attention to detail, timeliness, intuition, local knowledge, contacts, and resources, it never would have happened. She took the time to get to know my family and our needs from the start, and I felt like I was her only client from that point on. Thanks to her thoughtfulness along the way, this daunting process was enjoyable right down to the end, and for the first time in a long time, I truly felt home. Thanks Christine!
