She is always straight forward in her advice, and uses data to back up her recommendations, with candid opinions to the client on whether the pricing/purchasing/marketing strategy will work or not. Chris has provided both buyer and seller support to my family on many deals over the past 10 years, and I will never use anyone else in this market, I am a client for life. I was a first time home buyer in which I had very little knowledge of what exactly went into the home buying process. Chris and Doug took the time to explain in great detail the process as well as answer any questions I had. Both were more than willing to work around my hectic work schedule and do whatever it took to help me in my search for a house. Chris handled all of the issues that arose during closing promptly while explaining to me exactly what was going on. Even though these issues were far beyond her control she made every effort to correct the problem. I would highly recommend Chris and Doug.
