My name is Chris Boyle and I have been married to my wonderful wife Lois since 2006. We have a beautiful daughter Reilly who we are so thankful to have in our lives. I lived in the city of Philadelphia my whole life and am a graduate of St. John Neumann High School. I have an Associates in Arts degree from Community College of Philadelphia. I became a licensed PA Realtor in 2010 because I am passionate about helping people make the biggest investment in their life and find the home of their dreams. Whether they are purchasing their first home or selling their current one to purchase a bigger home I enjoy guiding them through the entire process from beginning to end. I specialize in the South Philadelphia and Center City market areas. I completed the Advanced Commercial Advisor course to better serve my clients who invest in commercial properties.

Buyer reviewI can NOT sing Chris' praises long enough or loud enough. Chris... LITERALLY put me in my current house. Initially I wasn't fast enough with my paperwork to secure the house. It went to another buyer. But Chris continue to sit on it, and let me know the next buyer was BACKING out. Now my finances are UNIQUE and none typical. Chris took me by the hands and put me through the lending process as far as possible, before advising me on the ONLY way I could secure the sale. If it wasn't for Chris' dedication to ME, and not just to that of 'closing a deal'. I would not be in the house that's perfect for my circumstance. We all work to make our income. But Chris does it the old-fashioned way, with integrity, with concern, and with being MY ADVOCATE. I am NOW recommending friends who are enlightened by me of the benefits of the Philly market, ... to Chris. One on the deck... and another friend I'm advising on now.
