Seller reviewAs someone who lives near me, I knew that he would have a vested interest in getting a fair deal and a quick sale. This was my first home sale and he helped us prepare with sound advice and suggestions for the best outcome. I never felt pressured by Chris and he was truly honest and a great communicator. He was able to answer our questions in person, on the phone, and on texts. I thought selling our home in the middle of winter would be impossible but Chris was determined to make it happen! I would recommend him to anyone!

Buyer reviewIf you have a purchase or sell to make, and even if you have previous good experiences with other agents, give Chris a chance to outperform them and make your life so much easier by doing so. You may think that there is no room for improvement with the past agents you have used, but I promise you that you will be surprised. Chris is so giving of his time and experienced in the execution of contracts. He always knows the right strings to pull when situations get confusing or difficult due to outside factors. I promise you, you will never use another agent again.

He worked hard, even on weekends. He has a very good knowledge of the southeast Idaho area. He got my property sold quickly. He is trustworthy, transparent and very professional.
