Buyer reviewChris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable while we shopped for a house. We did not live in the area and Chris was more than willing to work with us remotely. All of our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Chris was very informative and went above and beyond to make sure that the properties we were interested in were a good fit for us. We will use Chris again in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

Seller reviewLiving in Arizona and wanting to sell my home in Michigan had me very nervous. I had not been in the home for more than 20 years and had no idea as to its condition. Chris took the time to tour the home and sent me pictures, it was in a lot worse shape than I had ever imagined, and Chris was very up front and honest about it. He offered suggestions of things I could do to improve the condition and I put my trust in him 100%, he did NOT dissapoint! Chris communicated regularly with updates and my stress level over a long distance sale was at a steady 0! The home was listed at the end of August 2024 and we closed on the sale of it 7 weeks later! I HIGHLY recomment Chris Coponen to anyone who is looking to sell their home in the U.P!

His background in construction helped tremendously as my husband and I looked at fixer uppers and tried to figure out if we were in over our heads. He gave us great advice, and encouraged us to wait for the right home rather than buy something we'd regret. For the home we ended up buying, he was very helpful and always available to give advice and answer questions. Our lender wasn't easy to work with, but he helped us navigate that process as well. We would absolutely use him for any future home purchases.
