Seller reviewWorking with Chris was a joy. He helped me feel like I knew what I was doing. And it was obvious that he was an expert. He seems to always be available to answer my questions, and put me at ease. Any road bumps we hit, he dealt with fantastically. Our house sold quickly for more than we thought possible. We spoke to other realtors but it never was a competition, Chris Gavin made the sale of our first home a pleasurable experience and I would recommend him to anyone.

He solely had my best interest in the sale of my home. Chris was always available when I needed questions answered and he was very honest. Chris was an excellent communicator. He kept the house safe as a lockbox was used at all times. Chris guided me thru the process but allowed me to sell my home. I highly recommend Chris Gavin and will continue to recommend him to family and friends.
