He has an extensive knowledge of the process, the dos and don'ts, and always has great advice along the way. Chris made a great reccomendation for a home inspector who was inexpensive and thorough. He was very patient in helping my wife and I navigate the process with a very wide range of towns and homes in our preferences. He was never pushy and we never felt like he was just chasing a commission. Overall, he helped make it a pretty painless experience.

I felt very comfortable. I called him a second time a year later & he remembered me. He was very attentive; so much so I felt I was his only Client. He is honest, which was also critical to me. He had my best interest at heart, not a commission and all of these qualities continued throughout our business relationship. His skill was displayed in how quickly he got to know and understand me & then apply this to our search. He is very knowledgeable; I learned to trust his judgement.
