Buyer reviewWe worked with Chris McMeans to purchase our new home in Greeneville, TN. It took three trips up there from Florida, and seeing dozens of houses, but we finally found our dream home. Chris was always available, patient, and knowledgeable. We can't think of anything he could have done better. We would highly recommend him if you are looking to purcahse in the Tri-cities area.

I would use Chris again in the future to purchase a house/condo do to his knowledge of the area, ease to communicate with, and always available when needed. Chris always had an answer to my questions during the process to make things less stressful. Chris was a very patient person as he showed me and my family several houses. I have been dealing with Chris for about a year trying to figure out what to purchase. Chris showed me houses at the top of my price range and we also looked at lower priced houses so we could compare them so I could make a good decision on what I really could afford and things I really needed. So it was a lot of houses we looked at and I finally got one. When I decided on the one he was able to negotiate a price I was comfortable with and so were the sellers. Thanks Chris we love this house and you were great.
