We were afraid things wouldn't go smoothly due to the current world events, but Chris helped us find the perfect house for our parents and executed the offer and contracts efficiently. He was helpful when communicating with the buyer about potential issues or things that needed fixed and we were able to complete the transaction in the amount of time needed for a smooth transition from the sale of our other home to the closing of the new home.
