Buyer reviewHoestly, we have purchased several homes in our 22 years of marriage. I had no idea what good looked like in an efective realtor, until i met Chris. He absolutely blew us away with his knowledge, market understanding, attention to detail, and customer service. He has set an extremely high standard for us in moving forward...in fact, I feel as if Ive been cheated by every single realtor we have used in the past (including a family member) . Chris is so far above and beyond anything we have ever experieced and i cannot imagine ANYONE could have provided us with a better customer experience. 10/10 on every level. So glad we met Chris!!!! He will be a friend for life!!!!

He came highly referred by my twin brother and so we contacted Chris when we were looking for a vacation home up in Flagstaff (we just closed!). Seriously, if you're looking for a honest, knowledgeable, personable and very competent realtor, look no further than Chris Wieck. There wasn't a single time that we didn't know what was going on. He's very good at explaining things and the contract process timeline which can sometimes be confusing and come with legal ramifications. Chris is a stand up family guy and his attention to detail and objectivity was refreshing. Bottom line, I would definitely use Chris again to represent us in our next purchase or sale of real estate. Trust me you won't be sorry you called him! He's a pleasure to work with.

His communication and documents were very prompt in delivery and needed signatures, he was always available for any questions or concerns and has the knowledge and capabilities to answer anything presented to him. All correspondence was delivered and a notification was sent or a phone call placed to keep the process moving quickly and smoothly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone and anywhere.
