Buyer reviewChristy responded to my email inquiry prior to my interview and spent a day showing us houses and the area. Once I had the job we knew she was going to be our realtor when we were ready to buy a house. She has always been honest and optimistic . Her warm friendly personality is reflected in her energetic nature making her the best spokesperson for the area. New build. We loved it at first sight. She made sure it was what we wanted by spending a day looking at like properties. This resolved any doubt or second guessing on our part. She is committed in making the customers happy and not committed to making a sale at the expense of an indecisive customer. See previous comments. You are fortunate to have her on you team. Kudos to Sheila who helped us with closing documents on our old home in ohio. September. 2015 she had nothing to gain from helping us and did a great job. Friendly courteous and respectful. I also said you were the best PR person for Somerset. You are warm and welcoming.

The Century 21 Website was the easiest to use by far, and that allowed me to find the right home before we even looked at it. I am not a shopper I am a buyer and Christy sensed that and made it vary easy for us to complete the sale.

Seller reviewChristy Estep kept us informed of the progress of showing our property to prospective buyers and was extremely helpful in setting up a settlement date since both the buyer and us were from out of town 3 to 4 hours from Somerset, KY. Christy was easy to contact via both phone and email and responded to our questions very quickly.
