Chrystal was wonderful to work with and was very attentive to our ever changing needs. As we viewed houses, our "wish list" slightly changed over time, and she was excellent at adjusting our needs over time. Given the low inventory I started to feel guilty about the many showings and eventual offers we were actively pursuing, but Chrystal was infinitely patient and calm about it. It really helped to have someone with their hands firm on the wheel so this bus did't fly off the road. She was excellent at communicating with seller's brokers, and able to effectively communicate our needs to all parties involved. She was knowledgeable in the entirety of the process and even helped using her contacts to achieve some custom asks that we had along the way (like inspections, vendors to review inspection items, subcontractors for estimates, etc...). She helped manage my expectations through the entire process with offers, helping with off-hand questions about financial processes, attorneys, closing questions. . .you name it. She helped with everything and communicated with us like crazy. I also really appreciated the work she'd put into the houses before we went to look at them. She was able to do research prior to us going to showings, so we could maximize our days, and ignore properties that didn't fit our needs, or wouldn't be a good fit. I could go on, but you get the gist. . .
