Hello! I'm Cindi Knippers, a licensed REALTOR® with Century 21 First Choice Realty. I attended Southern Nazarene University in Bethany OK. with a focus on Business Administration, Art and Psychology. My real estate career began in 2013; during this time I have become a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS®, Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® and the Tulsa Multiple Listing Service. I have always believed in and given to the 100% rule in all you do; so it is of no doubt that I strongly agree with and stand with Century 21 on their 121% pledge, which is to "Defy Mediocrity and Deliver Extraordinary Experiences." I am dedicated to helping my clients through every step of their real estate experience whether on the buying and selling side of the transaction and to make sure you have a complete understanding of the process. I enjoy meeting and helping everyone from all walks of life, including our military men and women and connecting with my clients during and after the closing process, you are important to me. I have a strong work ethic, morals and values that lead me to success for you, my client, and myself. Buyer reviewCindi Knippers is the best agent ever, we had a difficult sale from California to Oklahoma but she kept her professionalism, explained everything that we needed to know about, she did all the follow ups with he othe agent hat was me. During the end of the sale and buying of our new home I lost my grandmother, she was completely compassionate and understanding and handled all matters to the end so that we could focus on other maters. Cindi was truly God sent, she cares for clients above all. I appreciated her genuine concern, going above and beyond he job duties to ensure my mother got the home she wanted.

Seller reviewWhen I called C21, I did not have an agent picked out. Cindi is the one who answered the phone. From the very beginning she was always helpful and knowledgeable. She made herself available to answer any of our questions no matter when we asked. She was prompt with returning phone calls and texts. In the end, she felt more like a friend. I would recommend her to anyone. She is great!
