Buyer reviewBrittany was always willing and available to show us properties we were interested in. She remained impartial but when we asked she always gave us realistic advice as far as market values and potential problems with a house. She was always available to answer questions and was constantly taking care of any obstacles that we came across. I enjoyed working with her and would work with her again.

Buyer reviewThe experience and professionalism with Chelsey Nelson were top-tier! Chelsey and I have known each other in a personal setting for many years, although I had heard she was an amazing agent I had never had the opportunity to see her in action. However little did I know life took a turn and I was left with the choice to rent or buy! I found a coming soon ad for a condo in Wildewood. Not being pre-approved Chelsey quickly sprung into action going over the home buying process from start to finish providing tons of documents and information of other stats in the area as well the day I viewed the home on October 5th. (3 short days after it was found). The lender Emily got me approved in less than 24 hrs. The condo was viewed on a Friday and it was accepted on Sunday. In 3 short weeks, we went through the whole process start to finish closing by Oct 31! Chelsey was hands-on in the whole process, making sure she was present and informative of every single step! She is amazing!

Kelly Padgett was there to answer our many questions and kept in touch almost daily with what phase of negotiations were ongoing and results of same. With an older home there were obstacles with certain inspections, etc. Each time she met the challenenge and made things easier to solve problems.
