Buyer reviewWe all understand the stress that is experienced when buying a new home, but when you are buying that home to take care of elderly parents and a ill grandson there are more concerns than usual. Also, the bridge that we use to travel to this new home was knocked out shortly before we found this home, so our 2-hour trips turned in 4 hours. Kelly was ALWAYS available, and she seemed to always be on the same "page" as we were. We would call with a question or possible problem, and she was always one step ahead. This has gone from being a dreaded necessity to an experience of joy and excitement. We not only have the exact location of our home (one door down from my husband's parents), but also the floor plan we needed for my 91-year-old mother that lives with us.
