Seller reviewCindy Edwards was most helpful prior to selecting her as my agent as well as explaining the listing contract thoroughly. She was accommodating and patient through the listing process, agreeing to the proposal, and time thru settlement. Cindy offered options on several items and made sure I was comfortable with my choices.I always felt the she had my best interests in mind. Buyer reviewI relied on the recommendation of a trusted friend who has used Cindy Edwards on other realty dealings. After speaking with Cindy, I discovered she would be a good fit for my needs as she listened to my wants and her knowledge of real estate and the area. Cindy took a "hands-on" approach with effectively dealing with the seller and my mortgage company to get the best price and interest rate to finalize the completion of my purchase. Cindy made me feel as though I was in a partnership with a good friend who had my best interest at heart. I was an out of state purchaser and relied heavily on her knowledge of the market. She sent additional photos of the property, and she even made a video of a detailed walk through and provided essential information on the condition of the property. At this particular time, the market was extremely difficult for buyers. The inventory was very low at my price point and Cindy worked diligently to make this real estate venture successful.
