Seller reviewI would highly recommend Cindy Florine at Atwood Realty to anyone selling property in the Mankato area. She was extremely helpful in our complicated situation, 3 owners all living in different states. She answered emails and texts promptly. The home was previously rented and had been cleaned but she felt it was not cleaned well enough so she went to the house and did additional cleaning. This was well above the expectations I had of any realtor. Cindy was knowledgeable, kind, responsive and honest. Seller reviewTrust. I can't think of anything more important than trust when working with a real estate agent. Since I no longer lived in Mankato, I needed a real estate agent I could rely on and I got that and more when we listed my mother's house with Cindy Florine. She was referred to us because of her previous successes, and I couldn't be happier. I met with Cindy initially as we walked through the house before listing but the rest of my communication with her was over the phone, text and email. She was extremely flexible and worked with me in all facets of the sale. She worked harder for me than I expected with open houses, showings and opening the house to inspectors, contractors or anyone else that I needed in there to facilitate the sale. She went above and beyond for us and we are very happy with the results. You will not go wrong with Cindy as your agent.
