I don't think I can fully explain in words how happy I am that I was able to have Cindy Garrett as my Realtor for my first time buying a home, but I'll give it a try! From the minute I first called Cindy, she made me feel as if I was her only client with the individualized attention she gave me. Cindy goes out of her way to make herself available for her clients. I could tell Cindy's main priority was that I felt satisfied with the process, and that meant a lot. Cindy always had my best interest in mind above any other aspect. She never made me feel stupid for asking questions, and I sure had a lot of them as a first time home buyer! When I fell in love with the home that Cindy found for me before it was even listed on Zillow or other home buying sites, she got me an incredible deal and made sure I wasn't paying too much. I will be forever grateful for the experience I had in buying my first home thanks to Cindy. I would and will recommend Cindy Garrett to anyone!

We chose Cindy as our realtor because we are close friends with her son that we have known for many years. He reccomended her to us and boy was I glad he did. Cindy was very friendly from the get go, like she has known us for years also. Cindy helped us find a home that is just right for us. She was knowledgeable of the area and surrounding properties. Cindy also asked for a lot of feed back which was nice. We started with a list, did not fancy any properties, and Cindy came back with an all new list of properties based on the things we wanted. I had an excellent experience with Cindy and will for sure give anyone who will hear it a recommendation for her.

Cindy met us at the first house on a Sunday around noon. I remember thinking, "man, she's flexible, I only asked to see this house three hours ago and here we are." If only I had known then what I know now. She literally dropped everything SO MANY TIMES for me. I was so certain on multiple occasions that I had found "the perfect house" online and I needed to see it that day. At the end of walking through that first house she asked my boyfriend and I what we would rate the house at on a scale of 1-10. Little did she know how asking that question at the end of so many houses helped he and I get on the same page as we kept looking. She was so patient with us, as we kept searching for a home that would work for us. She was realistic and helped us figure out what our priorities were. She offered real life advice, (for example, I was convinced I wanted a giant house the country, but it needed to be heated by propane - Cindy asked if we were prepared in our budget to afford that cost). What we once thought we wanted was soon out the window when we walked through a house in a subdivision on a Saturday afternoon. I knew it was the one the second I walked in (which for a finicky 29 year old first time home buyer was a pretty cool feeling). Cindy spent her Saturday evening helping us write up a competitive offer that wasn't over the top in a market where you can pay too much pretty easily. I was grateful for how she led us through the offer, which can be really intimidating. Cindy then literally walked us through every step of the home buying process imaginable. I never felt lost in the purchasing process because she was there to tell me what she needed from me in that moment and what to anticipate next. There were no surprises, which was something I needed to make the process go smoothly. She even got us back in the house after our offer was accepted so my boyfriend could ask me to marry him in the master bedroom of our future home. I am so glad she was there to celebrate with us. Cindy is such a fantastic human. I will spend all of my days recommending her to everyone I know. I am so grateful we had her to lead the way. I could not have found a better realtor turned friend, I'm certain of it.

This was my first time as a home buyer, and I was working under a somewhat tight time frame. Cindy Garrett got me looking at several houses right away, and before long, I had an offer accepted. Unfortunately, the sale fell through at the last minute due to an unforeseen complication that was out of our control. This left me critically close on time, but Cindy had a backup plan and set up a number of houses for me to look at the very next day. Even with the time constraint, she wanted to make sure I found a house that was right for me and was honest about her thoughts on each property. I selected a house that felt right for me, and Cindy was able to express my urgency to all parties involved and keep them on task. We found and closed on the second home in only two weeks, largely thanks to Cindy's help. Even with the quick turnaround, I did not feel like I was making a compromise for time. Things could have gone very wrong, but Cindy Garrett was able to make the situation successful and help me find a great home. I would highly recommend her.

We have used cindy in the past to buy a house. We loved how focused and invested she was in finding us a home we loved. We appreciated everything she did and knew she would do the same in selling our house. We had 100% faith she would get the job done and she did. Better than we had hoped for too!
