***The following is taken from my Google Review*** For context, I'm 28 this was my first time going through the home buying process. I got connected with Cindy through a family friend. The TLDR (too long didn't read) is that Cindy is a paragon of professionalism and I couldn't recommend her enough. Look, if you're looking for a Realtor in Fort Wayne or nearby, your search is over. I'll explain why. Here's what Cindy did for me: - Educated me. - Coached me through each stage of the process and offered me very patient and pragmatic advice when an offer didn't go my way. She clearly knew her stuff, but also listened when I made suggestions. - She was sincerely concerned about my experience and did everything she could to help me through the aches and pains inherent in buying a home. (This meant a phone call around 9pm as I grieved not getting an offer accepted). - She was ALWAYS on time to our appointments - An excellent communicator and was very responsive. Texts, emails, calls - she was quick to respond (even on weekends) - Connected me with multiple Mortgage Loan options - Listened to me and constantly pivoted with my changing requests and tastes for different areas, price ranges, and "must-haves" for my home - Offered me tailored advice and information just for me, that was personal to my inquiries and questions. I.e. She wasn't a robot, she was candid and human. - She was extremely supportive. Not once did I detect anything dishonest, impatient, or callous. Just genuine courtesy. Lastly, on the day I closed, Cindy offered me a little housewarming present with a few thoughtful goodies and a beautiful, hand-painted portrait of the façade of my new house. She painted it! She is a living masterclass of customer service. Thank you, Cindy.

Cindy Garrett was absolutely amazing in EVERY aspect. As a first time homebuyer, she answered all of our questions in such a efficient and friendly manner. She is so knowledgeable about the world of real estate and made the process so streamlined. She was friendly, available, and all around an absolute pleasure to be around. She sent us multiple homes that fit our criteria and toured multiple homes in-person. She pointed out so many things that I would of never thought of giving a second-look. Cindy had our back the entire home buying process and we appreciated it so much. We are now in a beautiful home that checked all of our boxes. We could not thank Cindy enough for being so diligent and working so well with us. I recommend Cindy Garrett to absolutely every one!

Cindy was highly regarded by my daughter and son in law when she sold their house in 2019; therefore, this personal recommendation was important to me. I also worked with Century 21 Bradley when originally purchasing this property. Went quickly! 1 1/2 days. Cindy's assistant was a phenomenal photographer in putting together a well presented slide show of the property. I also appreciated the attention to detail in that a spreadsheet of the offers was compiled for me to overview. Can't say enough about how comfortable and secure I felt with Cindy handling the sale of my property. From our first meeting, up to and after the closing, she was always available by text, email and phone, when necessary. I never, ever felt like a bother!

We enjoyed working with Cindy Garrett to purchase our first home. She took time to understand what we needed for our family and showed us great options. She was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. Cindy was very informative and helped us through the process from showing to closing, which was extremely needed as first-time homebuyers.
