Also, Nancy McKinley was part of the team on this sale and on the purchase of our current home. We consider Nancy a total asset with the same qualities as Cindy. Seller reviewThis was an estate sale. My 88-year-old aunt had made arrangements to put the house on the market with Cindy. The weekend my aunt left the hospital for hospice was to have been the first showings. Cindy worked with me, as power of attorney, to cancel the contract and after my aunt died, listed the property, working with me long-distance. We had two offers the first weekend; one was asking price. She helmed the escrow while I moved from my summer quarters in Ohio to my winter home in California. She was at the signing and deposited the check for my cousins and I. We really appreciate her extra efforts it to get this done.
