Seller reviewI lost my husband if 33 years in January 2022. I kept my house a year and a half, but knew it was too large, and I really wanted to move by my kids. I knew Cindy Knowles as a mom at Twin Lakes Elementary, as I taught both of her children in 4th grade. So I called her to interview when I was choosing a realtor. I knew immediately after our first meeting that I wanted her to sell my house. Cindy has a special spirit about her. She knew my needs and went above and beyond to support and encourage me! A huge thanks to Cindy, my team leader!

She treated our listing and negotiations as if it were her very own home. While we were out of town she handled personal projects needing attention for us. No matter what day of the week nor time of day, Cindy was available to us or to prospective home buyers. Her knowledge of our cabin location on Twin Lakes was superior to ours and when it came to selling our home even during a down-turn in sales accompanied by escalating interest rates, Cindy had more than one offer to present to us.
