Cindy is very friendly and seemed sincerely interested in getting the best deal for me that she could. She was very helpful during the inspection, making sure that the inspector was even more thorough than I expected. She even had great advice for fixing the handful of small things that needed attention. Again, she was sincerely interested in my stake during the inspection and all other phases of the buying process. I'm a first time buyer and felt a little overwhelmed when getting started but after looking at a couple of houses with Cindy I was very comfortable with her and truly felt that I could trust her to walk me through everything and explain everything as we went- and she had to explain several things several times. Cindy is also very patient! I'm very happy with my purchase and my new realtor.
