Cindy was amazing! I enjoyed working with her. It is evident that she is not only good at her job, but enjoys it. Cindy made this entire process so easy and kept me in the loop on all details of the transaction.

We came to work with Cindy Taylor through Mr. Cooper's Agent Assurance program. The program sent us a few realtors to choose from and Cindy Taylor immediately stood out to us. She introduced herself to us via email with details on our home sale by providing the neighborhood comps and her personal experience in the area. Cindy living not far from us lent to her personal knowledge of the area and was able to keep a close tab on how our home-selling prospects would be. We met in person and the communication between us and Cindy was easy. She explained every detail to us and her marketing of our home was amazing. The photographer she used was right on point in order to capture the buyer's eye. She created a brochure from the photographs to hand out to prospective buyers and added some of the additional information we relayed to her about our home that would be of interest to the buyer in their decision-making process that we could bet other realtors would not provide. Cindy was so easy to reach at any time. She made us feel like we were her only client. She answered texts and phone calls immediately and was always taking the time to talk us off any ledge that we came across where we felt there was angst. There are so many details in the selling of a home that can give you heartburn but we have to say that Cindy never wavered. She never gave us the feeling that we were too much to handle. She was our ROCK and we can't thank her enough for selling our home to just the right buyer. We are beyond grateful. Thank you, Cindy, for everything you did for us and we mean it when we say we expect a Christmas card! LOL

Cindy was VERY patient with us while deciding what we actually wanted. Nothing was a problem for her. We will definitely be sharing her name if we meet anyone that wants to buy or sell! Thanks Cindy

This sale encountered troubles that delayed the closing process and threatened to sink the entire deal. Cindy not only handled these problems with tact and competency, but went so far as to obtain an agreement so that my wife and I could move into our new home on time, prior to closing! While Cindy has always been my go-to agent, her performance more than justifies our commitment to working with her. I would not consider another broker before working with Century 21 in the future. They have sold me by retaining such able realtors as Cindy!
