Buyer reviewWe spent approximately five months looking for a home in Coeur d" Alene. Looking at a couple of homes with Cindy Winslow, she had an idea what we liked and disliked. We were in one escrow, (no fault of our own for falling out), got into a bidding war in another one, and finally bought a beautiful home in Rockford Bay. Cindy always had our best interest at heart and always dotted her i's and and crossed her t's. She kept us informed of the entire process and made recommendations that served us well. She also purchased our home warranty and called us a couple days after the close of escrow to confirm we had received the policy. Cindy was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely recommend her. We made a friend that we will stay in contact with!

Also knowing that I was not from the area, Cindy made sure she provided critical information about what items to focus on to ensure the purchased property was going to meet my needs and wants. I would highly recommend Cindy to anyone! She takes a personal interest in her clients and goes out of her way to meet their needs and protect them. She is also very patient and committed to finding the right home for her client. Everything was done in a timely manner
