I believed her to be my friend over being my agent. I trusted her knowledge, her expertise and her willingness to satisfy my expectations. At closing, she surprised me with a very lovely house warming gift which was much appreciated as this was a first for me. In all my years of buying a home or selling my home, no agent has given me a gift. It was a welcomed surprise. It made me feel very appreciated. The house sold within 4 days.
