Was originally concerned that Clarence might be spread to thin, having so many listings. But, that was not the case. Always felt he was there if we needed him. He has so much experience. He definitely knows the current values and exudes confidence in "making the deal" work! He is very approachable, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful.
