Seller reviewNoel came highly recommended from a friend that I hold in the highest esteem. I could quickly see why the recommendation was so high. Noel was so very thoughtful and thorough throughout the the entire process. I had ALOT of questions that she answered in a timely manner. I felt I was in very very good hands all of the time!! Noel really took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking to do, and helped with guidance and suggestions any time they were needed! If I could rate her even higher I would!

Seller reviewNoel Derr Johnson came into our life long before we listed her to sell our home. The home she sold belonged to our deceased mother. Our mother loved the way Noel advertised. Noel would leave American flags on front lawns every July with her flyer attached and sometimes a coupon for a free ice cream cone from the local ice cream shop. She would mail refrigerator calendar magnets yearly with recipes on them, our mom loved those things, she also mailed flyers with homes for sale or those that sold in the neighborhood. Our mom often said if I ever sell my house I want this young lady to list it. When we lost mom there was no question who to call. Noel came in assessed the home, made a few suggestions and we were on our way. She was very professional, answering any questions thoroughly, returning phone calls promptly, and represented us to the fullest. We would definitely recommend her without any hesitation to anyone considering listing their home.

Seller reviewI enjoyed my experience working with Noel to see my house. Noel was wonderful to work with and kept me informed of every step of the process. She even found some reliable people to make necessary repairs on my house. She was available to answer my questions whenever I had one. She is a very patient and personable person and a joy to work with. An excellent experience. I can't thank Noel enough for all her help. She made the selling of my house a less stressful situation than I think it could have been. She was very understanding of my having sentimental attachments to the house since it had been my parents house and I had many fond memories of them living there and having many family celebrations. She was very supportive of my need to work through that and move forward. I never felt pressured; I only felt like she wanted to help me make the process easier. I am great full for her help . I can't recommend her enough and will tell anyone I know who needs a realtor to give her a call. The house I sold was in Westland, Mi and I still have friends living in the area.
