Buyer reviewI was searching for an investment property in the St Pete area and was referred to Claudette Chafe by the Accounting Department at Tradewinds Resort after I saw an availability there in Realtor.com. I consider Claudette an expert since she owns in Tradewind's herself and is local to the area. She was able to provide more data to me than an agent that did not own there. I did not purchase the unit I first was aware of and Claudette stayed on top of new listings and called me 5 minutes after a new one was available. That is the one that I bought and I have Claudette to thank for this. Claudette is everything that you would want in an Agent, dependable, thoughtful, knowledgeable, accessible, and I would use her again.

She always answered phone calls, emails and texts..even at 11pm on Sunday evenings. She was alway available ...And we never, not once , had to even leave her a message...she always had time for us no matter what.
