In the early 1900's as newlyweds, my grandparents wanted a piece of paradise and found it in Southwest Florida. They worked hard to farm and improve on 160 acres in NW Cape. They were awarded the property by the U.S. Government deeding them the property free and clear under the Florida Homestead Act of 1862. The work ethics of the Nelson family has passed on to me. Growing up in Cape Coral and raising my own family I have a special love for SW Florida.Over the years, I have served on numerous governmental boards and non-profit organizations such as The City of Cape Coral Park Advisory Committee, Lee County Economic Development Committee, Chamber of Commerce and many years as an Officer of the Board of Director of Cape Coral Little League. She walked us through every step and marketed our home so well it looked too good to leave. But leave we did, and left it all in her able and trustworthy hands to sell for us while we traveled. Claudia is outstanding!! I cannot say enough great things about her. Her knowledge of the area is better than anyone I know. Her honesty and kind demeanor make it so easy to communicate with her and refer her to others. Claudia goes above and beyond in her level of service everytime. This is our 3rd transaction with her and it hopefully will not be our last. After Hurricane Ian, when it was questionable driving conditions and she needed to save gas, she made the trip to our home that was flooded just to check on it and give us an update. She did not need to do that. Her "obligation" to us was far over at that time but she treats clients like family. She even went into the flood ravaged home and took my bedding home to wash it and try to save it. She is the kindest, most thoughtful agent I have ever met and I love referring her to anyone who mentions they are interested in real estate in Florida. Thank you Claudia for being amazing.

Claudia was the selling agent when my father purchased the property. She did an excellent job then. For the sale of the house she went above and beyond all expectations. This was an estate sale with many moving parts and she made sure things stayed on track. Claudia was exceptional in providing information and directing traffic on getting this done.
