There is a huge headache involved at almost every level of the realty experience, at the very least Claudia made it feel easy as she fronted most of the confusion and burden for us. She obviously knew the neighborhood, presented herself professionally and was in line with my thinking on pricing. As the executor of the estate for this property, I was hundreds of miles away while Claudia Miller ran the show independently. She communicated with me whenever necessary by phone, text and email. I never felt out of touch with her progress.
