I did not have a property to sell, so I used Century 21 because it was the listing agent for the property I bought. Claudia helped me to figure out a tricky situation, and maintained her loyalty to the homeowner while helping to negotiate an eventual closing. She was willing to try a non-conventional way for me to purchase, and provided the confidence that the buyer needed to move forward.

I really appreciated Claudia's patience and flexibility with us in our home search! We had a difficult schedule to work around and Claudia always made time for us no matter the day or time. It also took us longer than expected to find the right home and Claudia was always understanding and never pushed us to put in an offer were weren't comfortable with. We love our new home and couldn't have done so without her!
