Seller reviewClaudine worked hard on this sale but she was to quick with lowering the sale price of the home but as it turned out we got a decent price. I would recommend Claudine highly because she try's hard to please you during the sale. She is very knowledgable and tries to accommodate your needs.

Seller reviewClaudine Cuneo was outstanding in all aspects of my home selling experience, from the initial strategy and planning through the administrative aspects of conducting the sale. Her knowledge of the market, timing, and positioning helped us set a pricing strategy that was very successful. She helped us evaluate differing strategies and the one she guided us to exceeded our economic expectations. Then she helped us plan pre-listing work and even brought her own furniture in for staging. Her guidance and hard work enabled us to receive 3 offers after the first weekend and helped us negotiate an agreement that exceeded our expectations. We would not have been nearly as successful without her advice, experience and hard work. A model for any profession, but she was personal, empathetic, and warm, all the time retaining a very professional demeanor.
