Buyer reviewMr Weddle had sincere interest in our wants and needs and kept us updated to new homes on the market. I was usually at work out of town and my wife made the selections and Clay worked diligently with the selections and showings of possible homes. We wanted this home and Clay made sure it happened. I will most definitely have the services of Clay for any future real estate sales and purchases.

Buyer reviewClay Weddle never once failed to be readily available and ever-ready to answer my questions. He did an outstanding job; was most professional and most knowledgable. On the two dates I was able to drive to Nebraska and "house hunt", Clay drove me around to each of the homes in which I was interested. He was very accomodating and very helpful in any/every way. I had occasion to meet his brother who is on staff at the Century 21 office. He too was friendly, helpful, patient and respectful. There have been a couple/few "snafus" regarding the purchase of the home, none of which have been the fault of Mr. Weddle. He has been supportive and helpful - even beyond the home's closing - to try to resolve these issues.
