I've been in the Northwoods for many years . i have dealt with 3 other agents/ brokerages on various properties since 1996 . This time I looked up the listing agent of a property i was interested in. Cliff took the time to really understand what we were looking for and Would screen out Homes that did not meet our criteria and would immediately inform us of any that fit our needs. Cliff was always available at the drop of a hat to let us tour a property, speak with us on the phone, or do any legwork we needed him to do. He provided us with great guidance and honest feedback throughout the entire process. After a first failed attempt of a cabin purchase due to the seller backing out, we ended up finding an even better cabin! Cliff was so supportive and was the best part of the home-buying experience....other than our cabin of course!!!! From his first appearance you can tell that he is a true professional and really cares about his job. Once again Cliff is very professional and knowledgeable of his job any questions or concerns I had he had the answer for. It was also nice of Cliff to give us his opinion of the better inspectors around the northwoods which helped me out alot. Also every detail big or little he went over with me and made it so I could understand. Mr. Kolinsky was delight to work with very knowledgable in his field has to be a top agent in the northwoods. Cliff was very easy to reach with any questions or information I needed to give him from my lender and if he wasnt available he got back to me as soon as possible. I had only been in the office with Cliff once during the purchase as I lived 4 hours away but with that being the few agents that were in the office were very nice and approachable they said hello intorduced themselves and asked how i was doing you could feel the friendly nature walking in the door.
