I am a graduate of Virginia Tech, and completedan MS in Business Analytics at the University of Notre Dame.

We told him what we were looking for and that is what he showed us. We cannot overstate how important that was. We had limited time in the area and he didn't waste it. Throughout the process he was professional and, although it doesn't sound as important as it really is, very competent. We recommend him very highly.

We purchased the house long-distance and he was our eyes and ears for the whole transaction -- doing FaceTime showings and virtual home inspection updates. When we finally saw the property for the first time there were no surprises, as Cliff had done a great job conveying every little detail to us. He was attentive, caring, and willing to work around the unique situation we were in. Cliff is a guy of great personal integrity and character -- he's someone you can trust for your important home sale / buy. Highly recommend, no reservations about using him!
