Buyer reviewCody was always available to answer my questions from the early morning to the late evening, and quick to respond or have a call. His efforts seemed to go above and beyond and im not sure i would have managed this process without him. This was one of the most stressful points in my life, but Cody was able to guide and assist me spectacularly and nake the whole thing bearable. I will GLADLY work with him again in the future!

There was a moment I found myself frustrated and ready to settle or give up, but Cody was very encouraging and empathetic and I'm so so grateful. I found a wonderful home in my price range. I also want to share that I had several friends telling me to switch to their agent/broker friend, and with Cody, I never wavered or questioned if I was in good hands.
