Hello. My name is Cody Hamilton, and I am a native to Pulaski County. My education began with a Diploma from Pulaski County High School, followed by an Associate Degree in General Studies at New River Community College in 2013. I continued my education with a Bachelors of Science Degree from Radford University in 2015, and completed my education with a Master of Science Degree from the University of Cincinnatti in 2016. I mention my education first because I believe I have prepared myself for the next phase of my life, and my calling. The focus of my Professional Career is fully engaged in Real Estate.
I am a person who knows, and has been taught, the right way to do things. My work ethic as a private business owner while putting myself through college has taught me the value of hard work. With this knowledge, I plan helping all generations find their place in the ever changing landscape of Real Estate. My intent is to remain home, in the New River Valley, and raise a family with the same work ethic I know to be true.

Seller reviewThis was a very hard sale for me. It happened to be my mother and father's home and it was a Medicaid sale. My mom and dad had this home built and it is where I grew up and it was very hard to let go.. However Cody Hamlin was amazing and helped in so many ways from the easy actual sale of the house to the sitting and listening to me cry. I will absolutely recommend him every chance I get and if and when the time comes will definitely be using him again. In my eyes Cody is a huge asset to Century 21.

Cody made the perfect recommendations and had a crew immediately available to carry out the work. We appreciated his advice and were pleased to know that we didn't need to have as much done to the house as we thought. His crew was so helpful and did a great job. Cody was always available, patient and on top of things. He also has a lawn service and kept the property nicely maintained for us. We do not live in the area so it helped to know Cody was keeping an eye on things and was available to do anything we needed.

Buying a house is stressful and can be overwhelming, but having a realtor like Cody who goes above and beyond in making sure we were always kept up to date and was extremely prompt in answering/replying to our calls and texts made things less stressful and more enjoyable. If anyone ever asks for a recommendation for who to buy or sell a house with, I would without any reservation recommend Cody Hamilton. You could not ask for a better person to work with.
