Seller reviewColleen worked every day of the week. As soon as the Buyer made requests she informed us immediately. We had to make some repairs and she became our project manager. Managed both the Construction repairs and sent pictures etc. We are very satisfied with her services. We will utilize her services in the future if there is need for such Thank Jane Land who introduced Coleen to us. Rated her as the best to help and she proofed so.

Seller reviewColeen Garner made selling my home in Temple Terrace an awesome experience. I had contacted Coleen several weeks before listing my home with a plan to interview a couple of realtors. However, as soon as I met Coleen, I knew she was the one. It was a bonus that Coleen lived nearby and knows the city so well. Coleen did a fabulous job marketing my home, including referencing the Country Club complimentary social membership available to new residents (which I wasn't even aware of). Coleen was always one step ahead of me, and she went above and beyond what one could expect from any realtor. Because I had moved out of town shortly after finally listing my home, Coleen made several trips over to the house to care for things that I was unable to attend to, including watering my plants. Coleen was always pleasant and patient with me, no matter what time of day I called or emailed her. I would most definitely recommend Coleen Garner to anyone needing a realtor, whether selling or buying.

Buyer reviewColeen was absolutely amazing. If it wasn't for her, we would not have our house. After getting discouraged so many times from not finding the right house to having to switch lenders after being under contract, she kept us going! I don't think I would have had the same experience from a single agent elsewhere. She was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction every single time something new came up. She took care of us as if we were her own. I'm glad I was able to do business with her, and I'm glad I'm able to call her a friend now. I will always refer her. Just absolutely amazing!
