Seller reviewColin Brady was recommended to me by a mutual friend who stated that Colin was fairly new to the business of real estate but that he would work hard for me. I am glad I went with her recommendation. I do not believe any other agent could have done a better job. Colin kept me up to date on any aspect of selling the house promptly. He kept an eye on the place for me and helped whenever I asked. He always responded to me as quickly as he could when I had questions or concerns. It took almost two years to sell the property with a fair amount of problems along the way. None of them were Colins's fault and he stuck with me through it all. I got to know him and his family. Colin is a fine young man and it is obvious the type of person he is when interacting with him. That type of person? A family man who is courteous, respectful, forthright, knowledgeable, professional. I highly recommend Colin Brady to anyone for whatever real estate needs they may have.

He was also quick to give feedback when I spotted homes that I wanted to take my mother to see.
